Our Leadership Team comprises experienced executives with a strong track record of performance in their respective fields and who are committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity for client-partners and employees.
The day to day operations are managed by a core team of Executives representing the key areas of our business. In addition to this EXCO team, we have a small Advisory Board which meets regularly with the CEO to assist with strategic and industry-focus issues, as well as a formal Board of Directors which meets operationally on a monthly basis and also holds quarterly Board meetings.

Graham Sammells, CEO |
Graham joined IQ Group in May 2005 and was appointed CEO in September 2006. Graham is responsible for all aspects of IQ Group’s operations and has been a driving force behind the growth of our company. Prior to joining IQ Group, Graham owned a successful IT delivery company, and his background in business and IT delivery in financial services sets the standard for delivery excellence in IQ Group.
Graham holds an Economics Degree, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He is Chair (for a second successive term) of ASFA’s e-Commerce Committee and also Chairs the School of Information Systems Advisory Board of Deakin University.
Graham is a member of SuperStream Advisory Council. The Council was formed by the Australian Government Treasury and provides external scrutiny upon the implementation of SuperStream in line the Government's Stronger Super initiative. The key responsibilities of the Council include leading the adoption of the SuperStream reforms, setting measures of success and reporting to Government.

Panos Alexandratos, Head of Solutions |
Panos is a foundation member of the Executive Team, having been with the company since inception. Panos has extensive international experience, having led and established the global group's consulting presence in the United States. Panos is a leading expert in product selection and design, IT architecture, enterprise-wide IT solutions, governance and programme management projects.
With more than 20 years' experience in the Superannuation industry providing strategic advice and acting as a trusted advisor to key clients, Panos heads our Solutions practice, directing his expertise in practical technology solutions for our clients’ benefit and also consults as a Business Solutions Architect. He holds a double major in Actuarial and Computer Science.

Duncan Howard, Head of Consulting |
Duncan has more than 20 years' experience in the Superannuation and Financial Services sectors in Australia and internationally.
Duncan’s experience in the retirement benefits industry, including operations/client services management, systems development and procurement, asset management and trustee services management establishes the benchmark for versatility, diversity and consistency. Duncan’s extensive industry experience delivers a unique viewpoint and sounding board for clients.
Duncan heads our Consulting practice, which is at the cutting edge of assisting our clients to respond to and benefit from the ever-evolving business environment.

Jacques du Preez, Head of Shared Services and Company Secretary |
Jacques joined the global business in 2001 and has been an integral member of the Executive Team since 2007. Jacques is responsibile for a broad range of operational and support functions, including Finance, IT, Resource Management and Knowledge Management. He is also the Company Secretary.
Jacques has extensive experience in multiple disciplines, encompassing Business Analysis, Business Process Re-engineering and Operations Management, much of it gained during his career as an IQ Group consultant working in the Banking and Financial Services sectors.
Jacques holds a Bachelor of Economics degree, Honours in Business Management and a Masters of Commerce in Business Management.

Andi Saunders, HR & Performance Manager |
Andi has filled a number of roles in a career spanning 15 years, including Training & Learning Manager, Corporate Development Manager, and HR Consultant across a number of industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Government and Healthcare.
Andi joined IQ Group in 2007 as our HR Manager, which includes responsibility for Staff Performance and also Learning & Development.
